Caesar Salad with Grilled Shrimp
Quick and easy salad you can serve with any grilled meat.
- 1 can flat anchovies in olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp whole grain mustard
- 1 cup olive or avocado oil
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
Place all ingredients into a food processor and process on high for 30 seconds or until smooth.Serve over romaine lettuce with grilled shrimp or chicken.
